The intention of this site is to preserve publicly available data sets (specifically EEO-1) and ensure they continue to be available to the American public.
Data is a valuable commodity. Data about the people of our nation – including information about gender, race, ethnic backgrounds, residence, and employment trends – tell who we are, where we come from, and the trails we’ve blazed for ourselves. This data tells the story of us.
Proposed policy changes would mandate the destruction of some of these data sets, such as those under EEO-1. (See Project 2025, page 583.)
